Shipping

We deliver across India where courier service and product eligibility allow. Delivery charges and estimated timelines are shown or confirmed before fulfilment. Fresh, fragile and temperature-sensitive items may have limited service areas.

Orders are packed only after availability is confirmed. You will receive updates using the phone number or email supplied with your order.

Returns & refunds

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or unusable, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product. Perishable food cannot be returned for preference or taste.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Replacement availability depends on the product and delivery location.

Privacy

We collect the contact, delivery and order information needed to fulfil purchases and answer enquiries. We do not sell personal information. Payment details are processed by the enabled payment provider and are not stored by this website.

You may ask us to correct or remove your contact information, subject to legal and accounting requirements.

Terms

Product packaging, availability and prices can change. An order is accepted once payment and fulfilment are confirmed. Product photographs are representative where packaging changes, while names and pack sizes describe the ordered item.
